Rated 5.0 Dr. Ambika is very knowledgeable and will correctly diagnose the issue. My mother had high cholesterol and was prescribed medication from the doctor. Before starting the prescribed medication she went to Dr. Ambika to do a Panchkarma and regularly took the Ayurvedic medicine that the doctor gave her. Her cholesterol went down and her thyroid was also under control. Additionally, for myself I was diagnosed with thyroid at a young age and had many issues with metabolism and digestion. Following Nasyam and the medicines the doctor gave me, I am more stable in my thyroid and feel healthy and light on a regular basis. She starts by giving lots of medication, but once the body adjusts, the medication also reduces to 1-2 a day. I would recommend her service to anyone who wants to better their daily health.

Rated 5.0 I loved this place and will definitely go back. I signed up for the Ayurvedic Facial with Abhyangam & Swedana. What I did not know is that Abhyangam involves stripping down & using a throw-away set of bra and panties provided by the spa in order to have a full-body oil massage. The Swedana involves a steam bath where you sit on a chair in an enclosed wooden box where steam is pumped in. After I got over the moment of feeling super unexpectedly naked, it was really relaxing. The treatment provider was very professional, explained each step and made me feel comfortable. Afterwards I felt very calm and relaxed. I will definitely go back again
