Rated 5.0 Gwen is amazing - she's a wealth of knowledge of countless methods to reduce pain and stiffness and make her students feel amazing. What's better is she wants you to be able to do this on your own in a way that's more manageable fiscally and sustainable. She's always learning and sharing and works really hard to foster a positive community around her studio. So glad I found her studio!
