Sivananda yoga is a classical form of yoga which is being taught in exactly the same ancient way for centuries. It is meant for the modern man to release day to day stress and cure lifestyle diseases like diabetes, thyroid problem, high blood pressure, gastric problems, chronic back pain etc. or just as a way to be healthy and happy. I am a certified teacher and have been teaching yoga since 2008. I now take small groups or private classes in my home studio to work one on one with my student and give a lot of attention to postures. This way I can know my students and what they exactly need from my yoga classes. Sivananda yoga embraces all age groups, beginner's or intermediate practitioners, or with any limitation due to health reasons, it is for all!
