Rated 5.0 Well took my first Iron Yoga class, and it was great! The instruction was very good since this was my first time. They personally came to me showing proper technique and posture. I did pretty good for not being as well versed as all the other students. The workout can be as difficult as you liked based on the weights you chose. This was a fun workout with the added smoothness of the motions. I definitely advise you to take this class. I've tried multiple classes here and all have been great. Thanks

Dont go if you just want other people to watch your practice but if you want a seriously amazing yoga experience this is the place. Plenty of classes at all levels and experienced staff that will help you get your best yoga. Everyone of every age and level are encouraged and they skillfully manage class members so that everyone's experience is a good one. I've been practicing for 10 years at every level at different times and they're the best I've had..

Rated 5.0 I am in love with SoniYoga. Soni and David are amazing yogis. I am very lucky and extremely grateful to live down the street from SoniYoga. I am a flight attendant, and I travel extensively. I always try out different yoga studios in other states. I have never found another yoga studio that I love as much as SoniYoga. There is a deep spiritual feeling in Soni's studio. Soni always brings a spiritual awareness and a spiritual awakening to her classes. It's a feeling that I've never experienced at any another yoga studio. Soni and David stress to the class that yoga is not a competition. The key is to focus on yourself and your own practice. And that breathing and clearing your mind is yoga. I can't say enough about the joy that Soni, David and their studio brings me.

Rated 5.0 I found SoniYoga through googling "yoga in Ft. Myers, FL". I was in the Fort Myers area during the last part of January, and truly enjoyed a week of diverse classes with a few different instructors. I also enjoyed an Ayurvedic consultation with Soni. I would definitely recommend taking classes at this studio, as they are thoughtfully constructed and professionally taught.
