We began our journey in 2001 in the heart of New York City’s bustling Hell’s Kitchen & quickly blossomed into a mecca for eclectic souls looking for a super-friendly place to come together to practice yoga. Now on the edges of Hell’s Kitchen & Columbus Circle we serve our loving community with expert teachers, diverse classes & workshops, & a supportive environment to grow at whatever level they are at. We’ve welcomed more than 30,000 students into our family and trained over 1,000 teachers. Our students are our family. When you come to practice in our yoga home, you’ll have the opportunity to cultivate a healthier, more-vital body, a peaceful, centered mind and an awakened spirit! Rated 5.0 One of the best studios in NYC with amazing teachers, highly recommended for their variety of classes. Despite them not being a big corporate chain they are extremely good in their operations. Their teachers are amongst the best you can find in the yoga-circles.

Rated 5.0 Sonic Yoga is absolutely amazing! The teachers and staff are kind, compassionate, helpful, and energetic! The atmosphere at this studio is full of positive vibrations and is perfect for all leveled students to attend. There is a wide range of classes to suit everyone's needs. It won't hurt to at least check out one class!

Rated 5.0 I attended classes at Sonic Yoga on Sundays with Krissie. Loved the corrections and alignment. I did not always care for the long and unending stair case but the ambiance and classes compensated. Haven't been to Sonic in a while but would definitely recommend the studio on the west side. Instructors were always hands on and decent.
