About Sundara Yoga Shala

At Sundara Yoga Shala, we believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. We realize each of our students' bodies are very different, with different histories and traumas. Being a neighborhood studio, we are fortunate enough to get to know our students on a personal level. This means our students never feel lost in the crowd, and instead feel like they're practicing yoga in their friend's living room. Sundara's highly-trained instructors teach our students how to modify each yoga pose to accommodate the individual needs of the students' bodies. Our approach is not one-size-fits-all, so our classes are always different, adapting to the varying needs of our students.

Rated 5.0 An authentic yoga therapy studio sensitive to positioning being of a healing quality and supportive nature to both student and teacher. Genuinely a pleasure to go to and learn and experience caring for the self as well as others.
