Rated 4.0 Overall, decent experience roundtrip at Tampa Airport. I'll use SS again as they are far cheaper than a taxi. SS can't seem to find my parents home in The Mainlands, Pinellas Park and both drivers got lost - from the airport, (and that van also had NO air conditioning and it was hot as H3LL) then also taking me back to the airport. I'll include a brief line of directions next time I book them. Their GPS puts the house incorrectly in kind of a ghetto area. But the drivers were nice, especially the one who picked me up after visiting my terminally ill father for the last time. Allow extra time and you'll be fine.

Rated 5.0 Coming to Innisbrook to play 3 of the courses and visit 91 yr. old father living 5 miles from resort and attempted for more than 40 min. to get someone on the phone from Super Shuttle to secure trans. from airport to resort to no avail. Called their Exec. Car division and was fortunate enough to get Charles from St. Petersberg who completely turned the experience around, made me feel important and took control of the situation. Charles is a genuine asset to this company and needs to be commended. Someone like Charles can make or break a vacation / trip to see dad, (for perhaps the last time). The professionalism and kindness displayed by Charles went a long way in forgiving the previous 40 min. on hold. Harrison Flynn, Washington State
