I had book a flight ticket from this website for my mother and the airlines change the timing of the flights and due to that an agent from Suffares named Gagan contacted me about the change and since I had another booking from a different website he advised me give them a call and make the change and then he will offer me the same flight which the other agency would so, it literally took me couple of days to get it processed and Gagan contacted me everyday to double check and in fact he even tried calling the Virgin Atlantic and make the change for my dad’s ticket which I bought from another agency.
