Cali chutney serve Indian Flavors with California Style. Our goal is to serve Indian flavors whenever you want them and let you decide how spicy you want it. No food coloring. No artificial ingredients. Every day we make our sauces and chutneys from scratch using fresh garlic, fresh tomato, fresh ginger, fresh chilies, fresh onion, and dried spices. Our Tacos are made with Handcrafted Naan that is made from scratch in our Tandoori Ovens. Customize your meal with a variety of proteins, chutneys, and vegetables to make it as flavorful or spicy as you like. Try some Tandoori Chicken Wings with a Craft Beer on Tap or some Chicken Tikka Masala Fries with one of our Wine Pairings. We believe that great food doesn't have to be complicated, you just have to cook your ingredients responsibly and with care. We use as many local fruits, vegetables, and nuts from the state of California as possible in our menu to reduce our carbon footprint. We try to use all parts of our ingredients to reduce food waste. Whenever possible we use environmentally friendly compostable packaging. Adhering to these principles might cost us more money, but we believe it is the right thing to do.
