I recently decided to partake in the Panchakarma cleanse. Meenakshi is so experienced and knowledgeable. (14 years of formal training in India, and 25+ years of experience!) She was an excellent choice in helping me regain my health and vitality after 2 years of caregiving my husband with dementia. When he passed away, I knew it was time to make myself and my health a priority. I contacted Meenakshi and she got back to me right away. We discussed my goals and she sent me a detailed history intake form. From that, tailored my treatment protocol and cleanse schedule. She emailed me detailed PDFs outlining the process and followed up with a zoom call to review it with me and answer any questions. I purchased the needed supplements and dietary supplies and started within a few weeks. The cleanse was easy to follow and I wasn't hungry. Meenakshi stayed in touch with me as to symptoms and results and adjusted the protocol accordingly. I felt very cared for. I decided to have a daily panchakarma treatment for 4 days as part of the cleanse. It was a combination of Shirodhara, Herbal steam, and Abhyanga body massage, she tailored what I needed each day. The treatments were wonderful! The massage with the hot oil was so relaxing and much needed to recalibrate my nervous system after 2 years of stress. Because I lived 3 hours away, I stayed in Plano during my treatments. She lovingly prepared the meals I needed each day so I didn't have to worry about cooking for myself during my stay. She really went above and beyond in caring for me throughout the whole process. I lost about 10 lbs in 3 weeks as a result of the cleanse. I felt renewed and ready for my new life. By then I already underwent few clinical procedures at local ortho clinics. Tried all possible treatment plans and no luck. That’s when a friend of mine suggested Vaidya Meenakshi Gupta. I’m strong believer of Ayurveda. Vaidya Meenakshi had put me on a schedule of therapies with oils and herbs. Within 4 months .. I was comfortable and after 2 more months .. there was an occasional pain and I was back to my normal routine. I went to Hawaii for a vacation with no signs of pain. That much change she brought in me. In March 2022, I underwent panchakarma procedure. It’s a long process .. not just popping 2-3 pills and dozing off. It was an 18 day process. She drafted out everything so meticulously and made me to execute the process without missing any single detail. Through out these 18 days she monitored me very closely. That process literally exhausted me, but now I’m bouncing back with energy. Nonetheless it made me to calm down and streamline my thought process. Also lost 7 lb in these 18 days. I highly recommend giving Ayuroots a try. Dr. Gupta is very caring, calming and knowledgeable. I came in with a blood disorder and residual symptoms from an H. Pylori infection. Hello all, I am from France. I have an autoimmune disorder and it was a challenge to keep my weight control coz of skyrocket thyroid values. I knew I needed a lifestyle makeover as i really had a bad lifestyle and eating habits and not some medicinal course. Vd Meenakshi is not only a very professional Ayurvedic doctor, but is the kindest and most compassionate person I have met, and takes as much time as necessary to determine what treatment will work for you. I am 38 years old and have been struggling with digestive issues for some time. I struggled with a sinus infection for 2 months and with 2 different antibiotics with no luck. I came to Dr. Gupta and followed her guidelines and advice and within 3 days my infection started clearing up. It helped to much that I decided to make it a permanent part of my life.
