We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

When she started she was not very confident at Math but after being with Poonam she has shown great improvement. Math content is very good, but can improve with GUI. Other-than its good and time flexible. My son's tutor Astha Pahwa is really good. Her teaching style and break down the concepts into manageable steps and patience are really good. Her encouragement to my son making my child look forward to each session.

Good platform for kids to learn and develop skills. The instructor is good and calm in the way of teaching and my daughter understands well

Mr. Areeb is a great teacher. I take the math course, and he teaches me very thoroughly. He also tells me riddles at the end of class which is very fun and brain teasing. However, sometimes classes are tiring.

I have learnt about sorting algorithms and data structures. I recently recieved a new mentor and she is very nice. MENTOR - SHIVANGI PANDEY and SATYAM for backend rescheduling. Student - Faiyaz Choudhury. Codeyoung customer support is a very big hassle though. They always get something wrong but mentors are good.

My mentor is Mohamed Shalik for python level 2, and the classes for me have been simple and easy to understand. The mentor has been easy to work with and all the concepts are clear to me.
