We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

My experience with best brains has been great. My son is in kindergarten and how their homework’s books are designed to keep that age group engaged is amazing. They keep the focus on practice but also includes coloring and drawing which is equally important to keep the small age group interested in their learning. We were lucky to have Miss Wendy because she did one on one with my son. They have online classes in this branch but with one on one we were happy.

Best Brains has both Math and English curriculum which provides my son with a good academic foundation. Ms Padma has been good with basic principles and helps with the developmental understandings. Ms Wendy has been a perfect coordinator for us as well. I would have loved in person classes, as the dynamics are different in there, however the convenience of doing classes in the comfort of home is an advantage.

We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

Best brain helps kids with their academic part, but my concern is it has to be more dynamic as per the needs of each student. I hope this helps them to get a 5 star!

Best Tutoring class.

My experience with best brains has been great. My son is in kindergarten and how their homework’s books are designed to keep that age group engaged is amazing. They keep the focus on practice but also includes coloring and drawing which is equally important to keep the small age group interested in their learning. We were lucky to have Miss Wendy because she did one on one with my son. They have online classes in this branch but with one on one we were happy.

Best Brains has both Math and English curriculum which provides my son with a good academic foundation. Ms Padma has been good with basic principles and helps with the developmental understandings. Ms Wendy has been a perfect coordinator for us as well. I would have loved in person classes, as the dynamics are different in there, however the convenience of doing classes in the comfort of home is an advantage.

For my both kids I started Best Brain last more than 5 years. Experience is great in BB Pleasanton. Ms Padma , Ms Madhura both are great teachers. Ms Wendy is also great teacher and helping whenever need.

My Son went here for Math tution for few months. I do not have any complaint on the knowledge of the tutors, but they are very inconsistent and every alternate class, canceled stating internet or any other issues. It is just waste of everyone's time in the home as you don't make any other plan. Worst part is they don't inform about it in advance also. Again, I have to cancel it not because of the tutors knoweldge, but bcause, tutors got changed, and they are not regular.
