We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

The science and math teachers Swapnil and Uzair are very good and focused on mentoring the child' very well. The backend and sales team are very horrible and unprofessional. The quality of theirsupport is not good.
