Nu-Trendz did such an amazing job with every detail on both days. They were willing to work with me at every step and go beyond. My venue decided to double book and I didn't think we would have enough time to set up, but Imtiaz personally made sure everything was perfect. Even with the extra and last minute changes, the price was fair. No other designers were as accommodating as Nu-Trendz were.

The service was excellent and delivered on time in spite of the fact that there was another event being held before our event and we thought there was not enough time to clear the previous event's stuff and set it up for our event. For our wedding we had a combined indoor and outdoor venue and he was able to make 2 separate stages, one traditional and one rustic, both of which were beyond amazing. First Year Birthday Party on 21st Jan 2018, Planning of the Decoration for the event was very good. At a short notice, the decoration was made to appear very graceful. In the Time slot provided, the decoration was almost completed and an hour’s extra time was consumed to give final touches to the decor. Decoration was planned to suit our budget. Decorator’s Team has reached well on time with an excellent coordination with the Organizers. Items promised and the design told were executed at the Venue. Apart from the promise, certain extra items were also used in the decoration. We appreciate this gesture. In this context, we wish to give a suggestion that the Fog machine brought to the venue was not in a good shape, as it was emanating a foul smell when started. Hence, the decorator was requested to disconnect the same. Promptly, they acted upon. It was felt that a test made earlier would have avoided this situation. Another suggestion is to use special frills cloth designed for cake tables and food tables to elevate the decor, as the cloths used for these tables in the party where just regular table cloths. Hope, the suggestions would be taken in the right spirit. Good stage was erected at the venue and aesthetically decorated with the focus lights. Also a red carpet was provided which was a pleasant surprise. Sitting was adjusted perfectly within the available area at the Venue. Linen and centre pieces on the tables were provided with no extra cost. These items looked beautiful on the tables. Mr.Imtiaz was very graceful in dealing. His polite and warmth responses are praiseworthy. Customer Service deserves a word of appreciation. Guests appreciated the decor at the event. The ambience was very good. Decoration has certainly added to the flavor of the event. Good ambience made the event successful and all the Family members and the Guests were very happy at the Party. Of Course, we would certainly recommend the NuTrendz events to one and all to have great party in an excellent decorative ambience.
