My name is Melinda Sparks I am a wedding coordinator specializing in "day of coordination." I started coordinating events for a small catering company 10 years ago and I loved it. I knew right away I had found my calling. After 4 great years with this company, I knew it was time to go out on my own and really challenge myself to grow and shine. My first wedding went off without a hitch, and it gave me an amazing feeling of accomplishment and pride. Being such a big part of someone’s special day is my true passion. I absolutely relish the idea of helping a bride, groom and their loved ones be enveloped in a magical day filled with love. I take pride in handling every detail and making sure every transition is smooth and seamless. The look on a bride’s face just before she walks down the aisle is full of excitement, wonder, and anticipation; I am lucky to witness it. It is said that "if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life." This could not be truer for me. "I think almost daily about my marriage to Yulia and have fond memories of how Melinda made that day perfect from all her fine work as the wedding coordinator! She has a winning personality, is attentive to all details, insures that timetables are met and covers all ground while keeping the focus onto the bride and groom as she quietly performs her tasks. Melinda has extensive experience in her field so that her recommendations are well-founded as the ideal means to conduct a wedding event. She works in coordination to the staff that is employed for a wedding, be it the location host, the musician, the photographer, the cake bakery, the florist or any service provider. I can add that her fee is very attractive and reasonable in consideration to her duties. She genuinely enjoys seeing couples marry so her work does not seem like work! I am so in love with my wife that I wish I could have marriage ceremonies over and over again each day to her with Melinda handling the events every time.
