She makes my job so easy because she can graciously keep an event on a smooth path, sometimes in locations that aren't designed to handle large groups. I've seen her do a "site check" before and she foresees details that no one else really would. Lots of wedding planners can put itineraries on paper, but not all can make it look easy during "day of". Thanks Shauna!
