There were instances about planning that my married girlfriends warned me would be stressful (RSVPs, seating charts, and managing all the details) but my experience was easy and exciting—not stressful or overwhelming. I looked forward to our design meetings where she provided us with style boards, images, linen & stationary samples, along with champagne.
