It would have been a perfect experience if he had made it clear that in a buy down loan, say 4.125% first year, 5.125% second year and 6.125% after that, the real interest you pay in the first year is not really 4.125% but it is somewhere close to 4.875%. Other than that little surprise I uncovered myself, he is the best and I would certainly go back to him and refer him to my friends.
