I'm very much appreciate Davy's patience and helpfulness when my wife and I arrived at JFK. It was a wonderful trip to my house in N.J. I would recommend NJ Airlink whenever you're are going to the tristate area of New York City.

Our driver Mr Singh was excellent! Very personable in conversation and very helpful. My husband and I used the service from New Jersey to midtown NYC for a broadway show. Also for the return trip home. Had the same driver both times. He was on time/ early both times for the pickups and helped to get my husbands mobility scooter in and out of the trunk. And the price was great too; lowest of three quotes. Would definitely use the service again and would highly recommend to anyone!

I’m so happy I chose Njairlink. After a very long transit from Europe into Newark, all I wanted to do was to get home to Long Island and rest. My limo driver Sonny was available via text, on time, professional and friendly. The vehicle was quite comfortable and stocked with bottles of water which I needed after a long dehydrating flight. For me the price was totally reasonable considering the distance and personalized service. I will chose them again in the future.

I couldn’t of been more thankful that I spent the extra money hiring NJ Airlink for both my travels travelling out from Newark airport to JFK and then again upon my return. This was our first time using a private limo service. We went from EWR to CT. The pick up was perfect, the drive smooth, and we will definitely be using this service in the future. This service took me to and from the airport so they delivered the service provided but I do some feedback. Driver was nice but drove eradtically giving my travel companion motion sickness each time when we were in the car. They also later charged me an extra $60 because my driver had to wait because 1. They tracked my flight wrong so came early 2. My plane was stuck on the tarmac and 3. Baggage claim was super slow- all things out of my control. They also never bothered to explain the charge just sent me a receipt... They take you where you need you to go but could be better organized.

I have been using this service for over a year having taken many trips during this time period and I highly recommend them HANDS DOWN!! As recent as this last holiday weekend my husband ended up with food poisoning far from home and his travel itinerary had last minutes changes. I knew I was completely secure with this team and they kept me calm and reassured me we would be taken care of…AND WE WERE. They truly took the stress out of a very stressful situation for me. Then just when I thought all was good….the connecting flight got messed up and he needed to be rebooked quickly. I immediately reached out and was assured we would be taken care of….AND WE WERE. Jaskaran Singh was our driver from Mantua New Jersey to JFK and for the return trip as well from JFK back to Manua New Jersey when we traveled to Spain. Jaskaran and his car were top notch and we highly recommend his services. Everything from start to finish was flawless and timely and courteous and clean and comfortable. My husband left his favorite hoodie, a gift from his daughter, in the backseat of Jaskaran’s car when we got home and Jaskaran even mailed it back! What a great guy! I called around to various limo companies to take me from central nj to JFK. I am so glad I found NJ Airlink! I will never use uber or Lyft to take me to the airport.
