Rated 5.0 Luisa is a fantastic decorator. She is so talented and has been doing this for many years. My daughters Quinceanera was beautiful. Stunning really. Luisa was easy to work with. She pays attention to the small details and when I had a couple of my own personal touches to add she incorporated them beautifully into the decor. She truly is worth every penny. I would highly recommend her.
