About Martial Arts America
Welcome to Martial Arts America, home of karate for kids programs and now also a CDT training facility. Our schools have been serving the bay area for over 30 years, and once again, we were voted the top children's program for leadership development in the state of California by the California Registry for Martial Arts Schools and Education. We now have schools in our Fremont,and Dublin (locations). Great job instructors. We would like to thank our Students/Parents, instructors and assistants as well as all jr. leaders in every location for their sincere dedication to building better stronger more confident children by means of martial arts. We dedicate our service to incredible student support coupled with outstanding instructors who really care about customer service. After all, our reputation is on the line, and that is why our staff is dedicated to serving the students full-time. Our staff trains every day on their martial arts skills, bio mechanics, safety, nutrition, motivation, teaching information, communications skills, leadership, physical fitness and business systems that simply make our students be the best they can be regardless of ability, age, or limitations. Rated 5.0 This place rocks!!! My son really enjoys coming to class. Every instructor is on point, each one brings their touch to the lesson. They make it fun for the kids, the kids don't even realize they are working out. Words can't do justice, come in for a trial class and you will see for yourself.

Rated 5.0 I'm taking Krav Maga private classes with Coach T, and I can hands down say this is the best martial arts class I have ever taken. His martial arts background is stellar - he trains security personnel and is a black belt in multiple martial arts. More importantly though, he is an incredibly good teacher, and a man of integrity who cares and wants the best for his students. I really value that in a coach, and I'm incredibly happy that I reached out to him to set up a private class. He was open and willing to work with me to create a private lesson that targets my goals of packing as much technique as possible into each class. I told him I wasn't looking for a typical "fitness" martial arts class, and he has been incredibly helpful in guiding me toward my goals of learning self defense. Hands down, 10/10 would recommend! Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you haven't yet. Great community feel, and awesome knowledgable staff.

Rated 5.0 I have been taking my son here for about 1.5yrs now. All the instructors (Mr. Jensen, Mr. Fong, Mr. Nunez) have been very helpful in teaching my son all sorts of techniques from basic/advanced Tae Kwon Do to Eskrima. My son likes it here and has established Great relationship with the instructors and has learned so much including discipline. For parents that are interested in having their son/daughter or yourself...it's a Great school.

Rated 5.0 I have two children attending taekwondo classes here at MAA, from the Tiny Tigers to Leadership. Mr. Jensen , Mr. Fong and Mr. Brian each cater to young students with enthusiasm. More importantly they provide children with a safe and friendly environment. My son has enjoyed working with Mr. Jensen in preparation for leadership testing. He says, "I like his class because it's challenging, fun and I learn something new every practice". As a parent, I recommend the school for my children's confidence and valuable training in martial arts.

Rated 5.0 Love this place! My son has been involved in the program for a little less than a year. During this time I have seen his confidence level soar. Mr Brian Nunez, Mr Fong and Mr Jensen are fantastic instructors. As a teacher myself I know how difficult it is to motivate young ones no matter what you are teaching them. These guys got it. They move up the belts at a nice but challenging pace, just enough to keep the students motivated. Two thumbs up. They really know how to work with the young kids!
