About Namaskar Yoga

We are pleased to share that we offer Yoga Therapy session on Friday afternoons at the studio. Appointments are made directly through Kristen Higgins. Please read below for details. Yoga itself is therapeutic. But Yoga Therapy is different than yoga as therapy Yoga Therapy is used to heal physical or psycho-emotional conditions and is a good compliment to other forms of therapy such as PT or counseling. Yoga Therapy views individuals holistically, connecting body, mind, and spirit. Sessions are designed specifically for each client.Yoga itself is therapeutic. Rated 5.0 I never could get into yoga in the past, despite knowing the mobility and balance and core strength is great for runners. I'm hooked! Karen's yoga for runners and athletes class helped me work through an injury and now I am happier and faster than ever!
