Service has been the epicenter of Rajni since she was a little girl. Growing up with ancient, eastern modalities rooted in her Indian heritage, yoga and meditation became her tools to be of service to those who seek it. A multidisciplinary yoga teacher, trained in prenatal yoga - conscious and sacred birthing, certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and having over 1,000 hour of teaching experience, Rajni's purpose is to use yoga & meditation to enable her students to combat burnout, boost energy and reduce stress. She helps her students cultivate an authentic and fearless practice; and having an impact that leaves behind, and rids of division, societal constrictions, harmful mindsets, body discomfort, mind-chatter and negative emotional reactions. Classes will have you burning away anything that does not serve you, breathe deeply and find release.

Rated 5.0 Check your egos at the door. This place is not a hard-body "scene", but a sanctuary for those committed to practicing yoga. The staff and instructors genuinely care for their students: it shows simply in the way they operate this studio. For the first time, I am NOT intimidated by my lack of flexibility or knowledge. Each time I leave feeling as though I've made progress, if not merely by the stress relief YOGA NOW provides. Because I've been burned by other establishments claiming to offer "BEGINNER" classes, I took advantage of the offer found online which was $49 for an unlimited month of classes. I have taken the Restorative Classes (great for anyone recovering from an injury or who wants to focus on stretching and mindfulness) and the Yoga Basics classes (taught by patient teachers who were just as encouraging as they were patient). Ten days into my membership, I received a phone call from a rep who wanted to check in on me and ensure all was well, did I have questions, feedback, etc. It wasn't a sales pitch, but a nice touch which demonstrated interest in my well-being. I cannot endorse this spot more emphatically!
