Rated 2.0 Navi and her team did a good job of helping things flow and stay organized. Her team is nice. However, there were definitely multiple things that fell through because of her inability to follow through on things we had discussed prior to our event. There were multiple things we had asked her to do but ended up having to do ourselves. Even if you ask for something, and she agrees to it, be prepared to miss out on things due to lack of communication and lack of proper planning.

Rated 5.0 Navi handles every situation that may arise with such grace and professionalism. May it be the concerned nervous bride or the 10 vendors calling her name she is composed and takes care of everything leaving everyone with smiles.
