In 2020, after facing mental health challenges following my service in the U.S. Army, I found myself at rock bottom—out of shape, lacking direction, and afraid to leave my home. Reconnecting with my yoga practice transformed my life. Yoga provided me with newfound peace and helped me embrace discomfort, giving me the space to heal both physically and mentally. This journey ultimately gave me purpose, as I realized I could combine my passions for service and yoga by sharing the practice with others. Today, I am committed to helping others find their own paths to wellness, creating a supportive environment where everyone can experience the healing power of yoga.
