I was originally referred to Varsha, by a co-worker because, a previous Realtor had advised me to stop looking for a home because, I didn't have enough funds to purchase a home. Varsha defines the patience and tenacity required for a realtor in this market. We worked with her for nearly 2 years thru home search and construction and she was always there to help us and guide us. She was very helpful with guiding us about different neighborhoods to choose from in all of Central Florida and then started to attend every meeting with us (no matter how late we let her know) once we started to finalize the location. Varsha defines the patience and tenacity required for a realtor in this market. We worked with her for nearly 2 years thru home search and construction and she was always there to help us and guide us.
