We worked with her for nearly 2 years thru home search and construction and she was always there to help us and guide us. She was very helpful with guiding us about different neighborhoods to choose from in all of Central Florida and then started to attend every meeting with us (no matter how late we let her know) once we started to finalize the location. While getting under contract, throughout the construction process and all of closing and post closing, every single doubt, every pesky question from us was answered without hesitation and every concern was resolved without conflict. And speaking of conflict, we did get into one with our builders pertaining to closing date and she was there everystep of the way fighting for us, pulling strings and making sure our interests are protected. She helped understand every bit of paperwork that was being signed and also prepared us for other paper work that will come in mail. She is also very helpful with final inspections (blue tape walk) for new builds and had great recommendations for 3rd party Inspectors, insurance agents, external lenders, etc. TLDR: For you modern family fans, she can outdo your Phil Dunphy standards. After all she is not just a real estate agent, she is a Realtor.
