I mailed my document overnight Monday, they got it early next day Tuesday before 8am. They filed my application on Tuesday. My application was approved and they send a copy of visa by email on Thursday. they mailed to me my passport/visa overnight on Thursday. I got my passport/visa on Friday. It took 4 days for them to let me get visa. as they told me 3-5days. Great job. I strongly recommend this agent if you are in a hurry to get visa.

Initially, I applied to get my first-time US passport through the post office in January 2023, opted for the expedited service, and was told by the post office that I would receive my new passport in 3 to 5 weeks. I saw on Saturday night that my passport had expired when I was booked to travel to the UK first thing Thursday morning. OMG !! I am so blown awayyyy!!! I’m traveling tomorrow and I contacted this company hoping they could get my a passport replaced for my trip and honeyyy THEY DELIVERED !! typical story- realized four days before last minute work travel that my passport was expired. Both, Ravi and the lady who works with him were very professional, responded in the timeframe they said they would and delivered as promised. I got my passport the next day. It was expensive, but not extravagantly expensive like some other companies. When you are in a bind and need a passport in a day or two, this is the place to go to.

When we arrived at the airport for our international travel we found out that my daughter’s passport, which expired in 2.5 months expired 2 weeks too early for the country we were traveling to. We searched online for a place to get a same/next day passport and Ravi at A1 Passport got it done! If I could leave him more stars I would - he deserves all the stars. We went in Monday morning and by Tuesday early evening we had the passport! He is open late and and on weekends (we called him on Saturday when our original flight was - the only reason he didn’t do it for us on Saturday is because the Passport office isn’t open on weekends). He is very responsive via phone, text and email. He was so efficient and kind and made it happen. I can’t recommend his services enough!

From the moment I reached out to A1 Passport & Visa I knew their service would be reliable and trustworthy. Ravi was incredibly attentive to my needs and helped me acquire a Chinese Visa in 5 days. He always made himself available over the phone and via email and made the process as seamless as it could have been.

If you need to get a passport renewal in 24 hours A1 Passport and Visa Services is the place to go. We realized 48 hours before we were scheduled to leave for Ireland that one of the passports was actually expiring that day. It was about 7:30 pm and we frantically started searching online to see if was possible to get this done in one day. It isn’t possible through the government because you need an appointment which is impossible to get. We came across A1 Passport and the website said they could do it. Luckily they were open until 9pm. We called and spoke to Ravi who confirmed that they could get it done and said he would stay late and wait for us. We got there and Ravi was wonderful. He went through the whole process, took the pictures, filled out the application and said it would be submitted the next morning. By 2pm the next day the application was approved and we picked it up the new passport the next afternoon and left that evening on our vacation. If you’re ever in a situation like this I highly recommend them.

The A1 Visa team is very knowledgeable, resourceful, and diligent. I worked with three people at the company and each of them were meticulous about making sure all of the required information is verified and properly inputted into my applications. They came up with a unique solution for my visa needs based on the timeline and restrictions I presented. When I went to visit their office, the owner was accommodating with my schedule and patiently walked me through all of the next steps and scenarios that I may come across during the interview.
