Quality Assurance Travel

Rated 5.0 Quality Assurance Travel (QAT) made our 3-day southern california college tour a success! I am a college counselor for a non-profit organization, and every year we take about 20-30 high school juniors to southern california to visit about 6 colleges in 3 days. This is the first time we worked with QAT as the other charter bus companies we worked with in the past just didn't meet our expectations. We are so glad that QAT not only met our expectations, but exceeded.

Rated 5.0 I used Quality Assurance Travel for transportation to and from CSU East Bay to Casa Bella Estates in Sunol, California for my sorority's annual Formal on May 6, 2017. They were fabulous! All three buses arrived on time and made it to our event on time. The three drivers were friendly and helpful and flexible with our group when we changed the time of departure after the event. Their quote was SO reasonable! Highly recommended!

Rated 5.0 Wonderful service! They were on time both ways! Aux cord worked as promised. We asked for extra toilet paper on the bus and they happily provided that for us. Overall great service and on phone customer service as well.
