Ever since planning and designing my wedding years ago, it's been my passion and frankly, obsession to plan events for others. What I love most about planning though isn't necessarily the physical execution or design plans — it's being able to make an event truly unique by highlighting the unique personalities and quirks about the couple or person we're celebrating. That's the signature RHS Events twist.ou didn’t settle when saying “yes” to your partner, and we believe it should be the same with your wedding team. That means, instead of handing you a preferred vendor list and wishing you good luck, like most wedding planners, we favor a process that’s more like a matchmaking service.When we surveyed the Atlanta wedding planner industry, we noticed this service was lacking and it was leading couples into decision paralysis. This was a compromise we weren’t willing to make and our couples weren’t either. They prefer the RHS method because it makes choosing the perfect vendors much less overwhelming.Our team also has years of experience in the industry, which means we have the connections and knowledge needed to gather the best vendors in the area that will make your wedding nothing short of immaculate.

  The first step is to get in touch. Our team is excited to hear all about your vision for your big day, talk about your expectations, and get to know you and your partner! We love this step because it truly feels like we’re making new friends.

  Next is the design stage where we’ll go over inspiration with you. Once we have an idea of the type of wedding, we’ll prepare a detailed styled guide for you. This is always an exciting stage because couples see their dream transform into reality! Once it’s approved, we will finalize it and notify our vendors so everyone is on the same page

  We don’t provide a list of preferred vendors because that doesn’t always guarantee you’ll work with the right vendor. Instead, we focus on what you’re looking for in a vendor and gather our top three vendor choices for each category that best fits your budget, style, and other considerations. We also provide an information packet on all the details you’ll need to know about working with them. From there, all you have to do is decide on your favorite, and we’ll take care of the booking.

  This is the most logistical stage as we’ll go over the timeline with both you and the vendors. It’s also essential that we host production meetings with our vendors and creative partners at the venue so that there are no surprises on the day-of. We’ll make any last minute changes and tie up any loose ends from there

Rated 5.0 My husband and I loved our experience working with RHS Events! We hired Hailey as our partial planner and weekend-of coordinator for our Tamil-Punjabi wedding and began working with her about 8 months prior. Throughout the process, Hailey went above and beyond to understand and execute our vision. She is detail-oriented, reliable, hardworking, and passionate about her work. What makes Hailey stand out is her ability to truly understand her clients and their unique needs, and to help them create an elevated experience that is also unique to them. Rated 5.0 RHS Events helped complete my Son's driveby party! They created fabulous signage that matched my theme perfectly! Everyone gave me so many compliments and loved the creativity of the signs/labels! They were extremely professional every step of the way and have excellent customer service! Rated 5.0 As Mother of the Bride, I can honestly say hiring RHS Events was the best decision we ever made. If you are looking for a detail orientated, passionate, hardworking, and innovative planner, RHS Events is the perfect fit. Planning a wedding with my West coast residing daughter, and with me on the East coast, was not an easy task. Adding the COVID pandemic to the mix made us feel like it would be near-impossible. Our goal was to have a fusion wedding, where a Hindu and Christian ceremony would take place in one day. Throughout the planning process, RHS Events selflessly devoted their services around the clock with incredible responsiveness and a proactive planning approach. RHS Events helped us execute our day seamlessly by developing a complex timeline and ensuring all vendors were held accountable, all while keeping the guest experience at an exceptional level.
