Fluid Minds and Bodies Food at ROOH is an exhibition of the potential that Indian cuisine can be elevated to, with the ultimate aim of evoking new flavors, emotions & ideas. It is an amalgamation of the best of Californian produce, regional Indian flavors and modern gastronomic techniques. Chef Sujan brings them together to explore a combination that will satiate, please and surprise in a way that hasn’t been experienced before.The tasting menu is focused on offering a complete dining experience, by taking you on a culinary journey through India and showcasing a vibrant, modern, and progressive cuisine.Progressive Indian cuisine at its simplistic best, paired with artisan cocktails and wine, prepared using authentic and fresh local ingredients with an avant-garde approach to the menu and experience. Our goal is to create a start-to-finish experience of Indian cuisine based on modern techniques, contemporary presentation, vibrant colors, and a blend of flavors with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and carefully balanced spices.

Rated 5.0 Food quality and taste is awesome. Ambience and service is great too. But I should say the portion size is too small. If you are very hungry and you have a great apetite then this is not the place for you.

Rated 5.0 I can't say enough about Rooh! The ambiance and decor is spectacular! The food was over the top, from the presentation, to the spices, and unique flavors. It was an amazing evening paired with unbelievable wines. The staff is knowledgeable and very warm and friendly. It's a restaurant we'll share with friends and definitely visit again!

Rated 5.0 The food was excellent. We did the 4 course with drink pairings ~$150 per person on Christmas day. The service could use more organization however. We had 4+ people serving our one table which led to confusion. They served us dishes on 2 occasions that we already had delivered and ate. We spoke up about both being honest. The first was an added treat for the mistake and the 2nd time they were taken back with an apology. No harm done, but it would be more efficient to have one waiter per table. Otherwise everyone was very kind and it was a great experience.
