Simon Sahi has been pretty much the work horse (I should say stallion) through our first time home buying process. He went out of his way to make sure things were smoothed out when we felt like things got rocky or we really had no idea what was going on. Finding a home in Silicon Valley is always challenging with the market being super competitive. It was doubly hard during Covid times as there were no open houses to research. We engaged with Manu through a recommendation of a very close friend. Manu was professional from Day 1. With the current housing market, where most houses are listed only for a week, she was really prompt in scheduling viewings as well. We think this is a true necessity for anyone in the current buying market. If Manu was not able to make it to the viewing, we would always have someone from her team help us with the house viewing (though in most cases we would have Manu accompany us herself). She also got us disclosures before the scheduled viewing many a time as per our request which helped us get a good sense of the house condition before the visit. I have worked with Srini Goli in the near past and have engaged his services in buying two of my rental properties. Recently we got his help to buy our home in Willow Glen and then to sell our old home in Evergreen in a few more weeks. His meticulous process started with his lengthy calls for about an hour to gather all our requirements and expectations from the home. Simon made the process of buying a new home so much easier than the horror stories I had heard from my friends. Simon made the process of buying a new home so much easier than the horror stories I had heard from my friends. Recently we got his help to buy our home in Willow Glen and then to sell our old home in Evergreen in a few more weeks.
