When we identified a home that we wanted to put an offer on, Mohan went above and beyond to get all the inspection reports from the seller's agent, highlighted important areas that needed our attention and pushed for us to get the inspections done on our side so we were satisfied. He also did a lot of research on the comps and recommended an offer price that we were not only comfortable with but also competitive. He put together a winning offer packet. Needless to say, our offer was accepted and from this point on he shifted his focus on the tasks to close smoothly and successfully.
