It was pleasure experience with Nila Patel from house hunting to house purchase. Nila Patel being very professional as well as became our good friend and guided my wife and me very well throughout the process. She has very good understanding of the local real estate market. She understood our requirements and needs very well and accordingly she has showed us the houses. One thing I must say here that we had very poor experience working with listing agent of the house which we bought. Listing agent was very poor in communication and in my mind was not at all professional. I am very glad we chose Nila Patel as our realtor. I felt She always pointed us in the right direction. We were looking to a townhouse, but she suggested for a little more money (or instead of paying HOA), we could live in a nice house with great backyard. Hurrayyyyy! We certainly found our home, just like we wanted. She was very patient when we said No to certain houses and she also said No to houses we were interested. She wasn’t in a hurry to push us to something not worth it. She went through each home inspection reports with us in detail and explained us what it meant, whether it’s good or not and the cost estimation for any improvement and also what can be done for improving. She is knowledgeable in construction and house repairs. I actually learned a lot from her. She was also very supportive, when our closing was getting delayed and she stayed on top on getting updates and moving things forward. Also, she would give us advise and suggestions regarding everything she knew. I would highly recommend her to my friends.

I came to know Nila through my friend Raghul Gulati. She is very nice person to work with and also she knows what she is doing. Me and my wife were first home buyer's and we don't have any clue about this home buying process. Nila helped us in every single step explained us everything that we should take care of when buying home. She answered me everything i asked for. By the time you complete the process you will definitely feel that you need not worry about anything there is someone for you whom you can trust and just forget it . she will drive things :) and all you gotta do is sit and listen to her and do your home work for asking questions to her :) this is what i do. Once you are done you have a family member :) yeah NILA you will never treat her like 3rd person once you start moving with her she is such a lovely lovely person :) Even after buying the house i call her :P for some or the other reference.
