Ravnish can get you a house in this seller market!! Ravnish was recommended by a relative who recently bought a house with him. He talked over the phone and he started sending me house listings. We have been going to open houses for a while ourselves. In a couple of weeks, I found one house that I liked. He sent me disclosures. We saw the house one more time with him in an evening. I gave an offer and got a multiple counter offer from the seller as there were two other buyers. I initially offered lower than what Ravnish thought the house would sell for as it was around the upper range of my budget. I increased the offer but not the amount that the seller wanted.
