Rated 5.0 I've had a wonderful experience with the San Diego Yoga Experience. Kim and Russ Imlay are knowledgeable, passionate and sincere teachers. The classes are enjoyable and really get you to work your body and mind. They have a variety of classes for beginners to advanced students. Kim has classess on the deeper meaning of Yoga - she calls it Explorations in Yoga. I also felt like there is a little community of students and felt a lot of support from everyone as a newcomer

Rated 5.0 Best Iyengar yoga in San Diego. Love all the instructors there. They are really helpful and know what they are teaching. Classes are not repetitive at all. They always come up with different variations of postures so you won't get bored like in other yoga studios like Corepower where they repeat the same sequence over and over again in all of their classes.
