Sara Kovel has been planning weddings and events for over 20 years. Originally from the idyllic Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, Sara began her career at the esteemed Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach Florida where she collaborated with some of the most talented event professionals and artists in the industry. Eventually relocating back North, Sara found a home in Boston at the Five Star, Five Diamond Four Seasons Hotel as a Catering Sales Manager where she spent six years planning weddings and events (and where she met her husband William who was the Chef of Aujourd’hui at the time). In 2011 William and Sara opened Catalyst Restaurant, one of the pioneer restaurants and event venues in Technology Square near the MIT Campus in Cambridge Massachusetts.
