We are a local event planning firm. We specialize in boutique events such as weddings, birthdays, showers, corporate and charity. Many stunning affairs have been planned by Solae Events. We cater to the traditional or modern Indian bride with access to many vendors’ resources such as furniture rental, entertainment.   Day of Coordination is the perfect solution for the couple who is not looking for planning services but understands the importance of handing off the reins to an experienced event professional so you can fully enjoy every moment of your wedding day. Coordination services include access to all of our worksheets and checklists, access to our vendor’s list, timeline creation, room layouts, hair and makeup schedule, transportation schedule, vendors setup/breakdown management, design or DIY tips and advice, etc… On the D day, we will manage set up, tear down, assistance to the Bride and Groom, greeting of guests, and all of the elements necessary for a flawless event.   The Stress Free Solution! We offer two levels of Full Planning. We understand how planning a wedding can easily take over your life as it requires endless hours of research, calls, emails… With our Full Planning services, we are ready to be your expert partner in guiding and advising you every step of the way. We begin by getting to know you both, discussing your priorities, mapping your budget and building your dream vendor team. We will keep you on track, coordinate scheduling, conceptualize a personalized design, manage logistics and answer any questions along the way. Do not hesitate!

  The Partial Planning package helps tying all the loose ends and make sure that you are on the right track. This is a great option if you already have done the leg work and found your venue and some key planning elements but need help with the remaining of the planning. It is also a good option if you started the planning on your own but feel overwhelmed and need us to help and take over.

Rated 5.0 Nathalie is truly amazing. My mother and I worked closely with her to plan my wedding. By closely, I mean that she responded to every one of our 100 daily emails and texts almost immediately. She was so great! We had no idea where to start or what to expect before meeting Nathalie. She totally put our minds at ease and was there to assist us every step of the way. I have no idea how we would have done this without her input, gentle yet needed reminders to make final decisions and her unique and special ideas for a beautiful wedding. Her industry experience was very evident to me from the beginning. Her organization and professionalism were outstanding. Nathalie was also able to suggest several talented, reasonable and reliable people in the industry to help make our day perfect. I cannot thank her enough and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
