Rated 1.0 Punctuality - They did not complete the arrangements until we were in the banquet hall and the party time already started. Quality - Low quality products used. The cake table almost fell off the stage when there was no one on the stage. Value of Service - Way too pricey for the services they provide It was a complete disappointment to have picked this company for our kid's first birthday. We went with the reviews online but we learnt our lesson. Unless someone personally refers, you shouldn't go with something you see online. They had nothing ready until the day of the event. We had to pack up accent pieces and decor stuff at home and give it over to them so that they could put those on the tables. Because the stuff they had was very very old and rusted. We wanted the first birthday to be memorable but felt disappointed to have hired this company as they haven't even met the minimum expectations someone would have. I wouldn't spend thousands of dollars for something that is not worth at all
