Rated 5.0 I flew into Chicago for a few hours from Montreal and took a cab to a hotel where I met a colleague. Later in the day, realized that I no longer had my passport. I called everywhere I could think of. The receipt didn't have the number on it, so after some Google searches and calling everywhere else I'd been, figured out how to look up the cab company by the cab number (which was on the receipt).

Rated 5.0 These guys are really nice..I let my phone in a cab, the cab came back to the hotel and gave my my cell phone back. Seriously, that was cool! The dispatcher, was really helpful..... THANK YOU!!!

Rated 5.0 Last night, we picked up a Sun Taxi cab on the way home from an event on the north side. We were picked up by Shaumi (taxi no. 100), who was very polite and kind. The ride was pleasant and he drove without talking on his phone or texting, and was just an all-around great driver. Thumbs up to Shaumi for the nice ride -- we appreciate you!

Rated 5.0 I wanted to write about an experience I had with a Sun Taxi last night that really made my day. If you have lived in Chicago as long as I have you come to know your experiences with cab drivers can range from mildly pleasant to abhorrently crazy. It is a true roll of the dice but for the most part it is a positive experience and they get you where you need to go. Last night, after the end of a long and shitty week where absolutely nothing broke my way and every interaction I have had with my fellow man was negative, a Sun Taxi driver changed my perspective.

Rated 5.0 Sun Taxi was next in line from O'hare to my house in the suburbs. I accidentaly left my phone in the cab because I was so excited to finally be home (after sitting in traffic). I called 10 minutes later to report it, and the cab driver called me back within 2 minutes to figure out how the best way to return my phone. After talking for 5 minutes, he decided to just bring it back to me! Of course I gave him a tip for bringing it back to my house, but to not ask for one and go out of the way was so polite.
