The YoGanesh Mission is to create a compassionate and loving environment for the practice of various traditions of Yoga, to achieve optimal health of the body, mind, and spirit. We want our students to feel that they are doing yoga at home with friends. Ganesh, is known in Hinduism as the Elephant headed God, Remover of Obstacles.Ganesh is known in Hinduism as the Elephant Headed God who provides inspiration and determination to remove the obstacles from your life, be they physical, financial, social, emotional, mental, or spiritual.Through community events such as potluck dinners, Kirtans (spiritual sanskrit sing a-longs), guest lecturers and workshops, we hope that you meet like-minded people, make friends, learn more about yourself, your body, and feel like you have found a blissful sanctuary from your busy life.
