Rated 5.0 Could not have asked for better care for my mom while she was there. Especially the staff from floor 10. Thererz, Lorna, Sherry, Elsie, Ventura, Andrea. The very best.

Rated 1.0 My dad was admitted to short term rehab, which is excellent. After 2 months he was transferred to a long term floor and it's TERRIBLE. It's completely different for long term residents. They don't get a phone so you can't call to talk to your loved ones. They have cable but you have to bring your own TV. Short term rehab floor has phones and TV. They have torn my dad's pants and another pair just went missing. Once they didn't do his laundry for 2-3 weeks. They used to put his roommate's urine soaked pants in my dad's hamper. Complaints make no difference unless you are persistent and keep buggung them. I only got a refund for the pants after bugging them for 5 months.
