A family-owned, and very well kept place! I honestly have only gone to get my eyebrows done, but like all of my friends who do, the cheap price (even when you include tip) is so worth the sweet staff who ask how you're doing, are sure that you're comfortable, and that you like the end result before you leave. They accept walk-in's for eyebrow threading, but I am not sure about more time-consuming services. I'm sure they'd accommodate you.

This is my first time here, I recently moved to Texas and searching for a salon. One of my friend suggested this place and it has many good reviews so wanted to give a try. I made an appointment and had a very good experience. Yasmeen was the one who did my waxing and threading. She is a super woman and amazing lady. She is super fast and neat. I am totally satisfied. This is going to be my regular place. Owner was also super cool. And of course their prices are pretty cheap and reasonable.

Got a haircut, Mirta was awesome. She gave me the exact look I wanted. She also does simple undercut designs which was a good surprise!

Chetna does a really good job of making one feel relaxed and massages the face to help with drainage well. They have various types of facials at various prices...starting from about $25 to about $60/$70. I highly recommend.

Had a great experience as always! Chetna is fantastic - especially her body massages! My daughter and I also enjoyed her oil massage (also very very good) and Mini-facial! Our other favorite is Ridhi. You can’t go wrong with either of them. :)

I’ve been frequenting this wonderful salon and spa for over 4 yrs. The services I utilize are every 2 weeks my eyebrows stringed and they always come out perfect. A Brazilian wax every 4 weeks facial once a month and hair colored washed and conditioned every 3-3.5 weeks. Everyone there is extremely personable and friend. I tend to enjoy just being able to spend time there relaxing and having good conversations with everyone. I always look forward to that next visit. My wonderful stylist and Anesthetician in one that provides all my services whom I love her to death and wouldn’t replace her is MODI she always takes good care of me. Everyone there is wonderful also she’s just my personal #1. The prices are impeccable and unbeatable well worth the money.

This is my first time doing laser hair removal treatment and I must say I love it!!! I met with RIDDHI MODI and she was extremely knowledgeable,experienced and professional . I have been here about 4 times now. They customer service is wonderful! I highly recommend this place for men's eyebrows. The staff members are very friendly and professional. They are also taking good COVID-19 precautions, so you will definitely feel safe. This place is a little out of the way for me compared to the previous salon I would go to, but the pricing and great service make it worth the drive! I am definitely going to be a regular customer now.

I am very pleased with the outcome and plan to return for more services.

Came for a facial and eyebrows and a back facial. Chetna did a great job and my face looks beyond clear, the face massage she gave me was amazing! Only thing I would say is make sure you agree on the price ahead of time. When I called I was told one price and when I checked out I was charged double. Which is fine if I just new ahead of time. Besides that I 100% suggest this place for a facial. It’s a 5 star because of that!!

Someone looking at my review might ask themselves why an African American woman is going to an Indian specialty salon. The answer is simple, I went in because my Black, White, Scottish, Mongolian, Hungarian, Irish, Bohemian daughter had very thick curly hair and I use under the impression that her hair texture might be pretty close to what the styles at this salon have experience working with. Well guess what, I was half right. Thought the styles were at first a bit apprehensive about tackling the thick tangled jungle that is my angles crown they were all extremely respectful and caring. I brought my daughter in for a haircut for her 6th birthday and she got treated like a Princess! We will definitely be clients here for a long time.

We had a different look for each event and i got great advice and great looks, make up, hair styles for the events i couldn't be more happy. I chose to go there for $65 Organic facial, plus add on $20 for neck. The pros/good: nice, pleasant customer greeting. Very informed of their product. Cons: (massage is about the scents, therapeutic touch, comfort talk and cleanliness, attention to detail..) LACKING: the products went in my right eye, the velcro on the gown DIDN'T work, the change from hot air on the face to Cold ice on the face WAS SHOCKING to body, the careless hanging of the clothes to touch the wall not cool.. my eye rows were threaded to match...This place is not for everyone..I paid $85.00 but I will not go back.[ I Prefer 'Hands and Stone' or 'ULTA' for facials.]

Ms. Jyoti is very nice person, an expert for Indian bridal dress up, Mehendi and hair styles. She has always dressed me up for various functions I attend in Houston. When I go out of town for weddings, she pins up my sarees such that I can wear them in 5 minutes like a skirt!! She also does house visits for these services. Besides these services, she has full service salon. She is expert at hair color, waxing, hair extensions. Above all she is a very nice person.

Chetna Aunty did a wonderful job with my diamond facial! She was really sweet and I felt thoroughly relaxed throughout. My skin was glowing afterwards! I’ll definitely be back. The only reason I gave one less star is because when I got there I told her my boyfriend and I wanted the $25 facial and at the end she charged us both for the $45 one. The whole experience was worth it so I didn’t mind spending extra but I did feel a little blindsided.

I got facial eyebrows and oil massage ( it was haven) her hands are just amazing and I am impressed with the service I received from Chitra .i have tried so many solutions in Houston but I believe Chitra is the best in the city . We chatted from start to finish, she asked for my preferences & made recommendations based on my needs. She also offered a deep protein conditioning treatment , which should last for 6 weeks. Overall the vibe is very chill very supportive I would highly recommend this salon & would consider returning. I would have given 19 star I’m so happy with the service of Chitra

I have tried all other salons for my eyebrow shaping but none can set them like Yasmin( been going only to her from past few years) if you make an appointment with Yasmin you will be in and out of the salon in 40mins max for full body waxing and eyebrow threading. She is super fast and amazing.

I’m new to the area and was looking a new threading and waxing salon, so I called and was able to get squeezed in with Yazmine at the very last minute. Jyothi does a great job with her facials. Her prices are the best it can get and I have honestly not have had a beautician do a facial as good as her. It not only gave me a glow, it was also very relaxing. She has amazing deals and makes sure that her customers are happy. She did facial for my mom, sister and me prior to my wedding...highly recommended!! Update: Yasmeen also recently did my haircut. I was nervous at first that she was going to chop off my hair a lot. But by the time she styled it, the length was perfect and she made my hair look the healthiest and the most stylest ever! Yasmeen is great with hair cuts, would go back to her again too!

Excellent salon and staff, 100% recommend! I have come here for threading, hair shampoo/trim/styling, and also for removing tangles in my hair. I had lots of tangles in my thick hair, and the staff members Jyoti, Kanchan, and Minaz graciously spent the time and effort to successfully remove the tangles. They have such a good attitude and made sure to cause minimal discomfort to me. They also did an excellent job in all of these services- they are great at what they do. The prices are also affordable. They offer many services. Come to this salon- you will be well taken care of, and pleased with the end result!

I did an organic facial with Chetna. She was so kind and informative as it was my first facial. I was surprised on how smooth my skin came out to be. A few marks on my skin has even faded away. I usually come for my eyebrows here which everyone does an amazing job. However, now I have to add a facial for sure when stopping by again. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Truly one of the best services I’ve gotten.

I had booked Monalisha Salon & Spa for my brother's wedding for a few of us. Jyoti and her daughter came to our hotel, prepared with everything we needed for hair, makeup, and sari wearing services. They were very affordable, incredibly professional and super talented. We did not feel rushed and at the same time were out the door and on time as we scheduled our services to be. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the Houston area for wedding services. I live in the east coast and am not familiar with the Houston area at all. I was nervous about who to book and how it would all turn out -- but it was perfect and Jyoti was very prompt in communicating to ensure I felt at ease. We never had services for little girls (hair) which were added on at the last minute and they were happy to oblige and be flexible. Thank you so much for making the special day turn out perfectly!

The is is a great salon. I came for hot oil massage and Jyoti did a wonderful job! I had a neck pain and it’s much better now thanks for her.
