Rated 5.0 Our wedding events wouldn't have been the same without Nupur and her team. We hired her as a 1-month coordinator and that was one of the best decisions. During the last month, she came with us to our final site visits and helped us piece together our events. She pointed out things that we definitely did not realize would be important. Her distinct attention to detail was really beneficial to making sure our day went perfectly. She even created a thought-out detailed schedule of our 2-day event and reviewed it with our family members. Our family includes a lot of different personalities and Nupur really know how to manage their expectations while keeping my husband's and my vision. Our wedding day included 2 ceremonies and a lunch all in different areas of the venue. Her team made sure things ran smoothly and our 400 guests knew exactly where to go. Nupur and her team really know how to handle stressful situations! I was so relieved when I saw her in the morning of my wedding reviewing all the little details with me. I knew things were going to go well. During the events, all my family members and wedding party could easily find her or her team members to make sure everything went well. One of her team members was always next to me and my bridal party so if we needed anything, it was immediately addressed. The next day for our reception, she made sure that my husband and I actually got to enjoy our night after a stressful wedding day. During a wedding, regardless of how much you prepare, things are bound to go wrong. She knew what problems to bring to me and what problems to solve herself because she had done her job to know what vision we had for our wedding. I would 100% recommend Nupur and her team to anyone looking at finding a coordinator who truly cares about what you want and making sure you have a smile on your face for your special day! We started working with Nupur about nine months before our wedding. We had already shortlisted some venues, and because we live in Philadelphia and got married back home in the Bay Area, we needed a professional who could help us choose the best option for our needs. She went with our parents to all the venue visits and gave us notes from each meeting which made it really easy for us to narrow down and pick our venue. She kept us on task throughout the entire process with weekly phone calls and emails and by prioritizing which vendors were more important to secure first and helped us make sure we could reach whoever we wanted to. Her experience in the wedding planning industry also helped find our cake vendor whom we loved! She helped with all of our vendor communications and made sure we asked the right questions. She also created wonderful sample budgets for us which were key in deciding what we could afford. She is wonderful to talk to and makes the entire process easy and low-stress. On the day of the event, she coordinated with all of the vendors directly and tried to insulate us from the behind-the-scenes so we could enjoy our special day! Overall, it was a great success! We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an affordable wedding planner who’s fun to work with!
