Rated 5.0 The balloon sculpture itself was exactly what I hoped for. The communication before the install was fair. I basically had to beg (voicemail, FB message, email) for a confirmation of the installation. The sculpture was installed on the day I requested. That was 11/9/18(Friday). I was told that day that they would remove it “early next week”. On Wednesday 11/14 I text asking if it would be removed that day. “Yes ma’am” was the response. Rated 5.0 They did a great job!! Kate was very professional and made my vision a reality! They were responsive , on time, and Courteous. I never had any anxiety or worry !! I would recommend them to anyone who needs balloons for the party's entrance way or centerpiece
