About Chazz Rook Music Classes
I have been studying and playing sarod since 1970. I started learning sarod at the Bhatkhande Music College in Lucknow under Shri Suprabhat Pal disciple of Ustad Allauddin Khan, and Ali Akbar Khan. Three years in Lucknow Then one semester in Calif. with Khansaheb in 73, then back to India with Ustad Bahadur Khan in Kolkatta for next seven years. I am willing to teach anyone the basics of hindusthani raga, especially sitar and sarod. I would enjoy especially teaching young children who want to learn music.
