We hired ShiVish Ent for some of our pre wedding events and the main event, and reception. They did a phenomenal job in keeping the crowd engaged and constantly pumped up for the dance floor, and were awesome MCs as well. We hired ShiVish Entertainment for my mother's 50th birthday party and Shiv was an absolutely fantastic DJ. His personal mixes and lineup of music was terrific and he was very flexible in terms of taking requests and playing specific genres. This crew was incredible! We’d recommend them to absolutely anyone. They had the dance floor going all night and went above and beyond what we could have expected. This team was more than just a vendor for us; by the end of the weekend, they were like family and were a truly unforgettable part of our wedding. We hired them for our two day Indian wedding in Leesburg, VA, including DJ’ing, MC’ing, lighting, and a dholi for both days. We had three meetings with them before the wedding where we talked through our timeline, our specific music selections, and what genres of music we wanted for the dance floor. They were very thorough, and even though a few songs we discussed didn’t get played, they covered pretty much everything we asked for. The booking process was also very straightforward and flexible. They were really responsive and made suggestions based on their experience but were clearly not trying to upsell us when doing so. They also have a ton of experience with White’s Ferry Manor, the venue where we had our ceremony and reception. What really went above and beyond was the presence and energy this crew brought to our wedding, especially DJ Shiv! Shiv was on the phone with us at 2am the night before our wedding after our decorator cancelled on us. He and DJ Sameer helped us find another decorator in the middle of the night, just hours before decoration set up was supposed to begin. Where do we start?? We had the pleasure to work with Sara as our wedding planner and we would rehire her over and over again. ShiVish Ent was a great team to work with for our wedding events! They were responsive and professional throughout the process. We were particular in looking for a DJ that could play a decent mix of Telugu/South Indian songs as well as the usual Bollywood and western songs, and DJ Vish delivered. It rained during the groom's baraat, but the team did their best to accommodate. The MC was really great. The add-ons we had like sparklers, fog machine, and up-lights tied the whole event together.

Had an amazing experience with ShiVish Entertainment recently. DJ Vish and MC Riju provided the entertainment at my cousin's graduation party recently and they did a phenomenal job. MC Riju has a wonderful talent in speaking to the crowd and hyping everyone up throughout the entire event. DJ Vish provided amazing music throughout the event as well. Everyone was up and dancing for the open floor part of the evening. Really enjoyed their presence at the event and I will definitely get them again for future events. Plain and simple ShiVish Entertainment was amazing at our two-day wedding. Seriously, they knocked it out of the park... Day One – it was our religious ceremony so it was more of a Desi/Pakistani event and it was an absolute blast. DJ Vish lit up the dancefloor with his killer playlist and live mixing. He had us dancing to Bollywood and Punjabi music all night and mixed in some top-40 as well. He knew exactly what would get everyone, from kiddos to aunties and uncles going crazy on the dance floor. Day Two – a modern American wedding vibe with an Afghan flare. DJ Shiv came in just as good as his brother the previous day. He seamlessly started out the night playing some of my family's favorite Afghan songs and then switched gears to Top-40 hits, hip-hop, and house bangers. He rocked it. I need to give a huge shoutout to the heart and soul of the party – Rohit, the incredible emcee. This guy knows how to throw a party! His infectious energy, his ability to connect with the crowd – it was like having a close friend leading the festivities. Trust me, if you want your party to reach legendary status, you've got to have Rohit leading the charge. Bottom line is if you're dreaming of a wedding in which the DJ can come in and play to the vibe of your family and friends, then ShiVish Entertainment is who you want to go with. We mixed Bollywood, Afghan, Punjabi, Hip-Hop, House, and Top-40 and they made it sound amazing. With DJs who are basically musical geniuses and an emcee who's a party starter extraordinaire, they turned our wedding into a rollercoaster of love and laughter I promise you won't regret going with them. Shivish Entertainment provided DJ services, lighting and MC services for our wedding reception on Oct 13th at Milton Ridge. They hadn't (to my knowledge) worked for a wedding at this particularly comparatively small venue and despite some bumps in the road, they were able to master a great setup with high quality sound coverage throughout the room. They also did a great job of reading the room and playing music that they thought the guests on the dancefloor would like, combined with our own personal requests. I've been following them and supporting their business for over 5 years so my expectation was definitely that they would deliver a high quality experience at our wedding reception but they went above and beyond! They even added on extra uplighting to really give the room the right ambiance. MC Riju really drove the energy at the event with his roaring voice and killer dance moves. He carefully followed the highly-detailed script that I just provided on the night before, haha. They're the best of the best and I look forward to working with them again!

Dj ShiVish’s team of Rahull and Bosh and especially host Riju make an absolutely incredible team—from the first point of connection they were responsive, professional and prepared. Our family could upload music interests could easily upload music on their website and they also worked with us for editing certain traditional songs. From throwback jams to current artists- great mix and clean! My family is already looking forward to scheduling another event just so we can have them as DJ and Rohit as MC. He is the one of the best out there to bring a party to life. Their dhol player Arshdip was also crazy good in both the Bahrat and wedding reception, and the team also accommodated coordination of a silent disco setup which I purchased with a different vendor. Shivish entertainment did our Sangeet event in Richmond, VA on Feb 14th , 2024. They did a great job and kept the guests dancing and entertained all evening. They were able to handle all aspects of our cross-cultural (Indian and American) wedding, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. ShiVish was incredible to work with - my wife and I got married on October 5, 2024 in Alexandria, VA and ShiVish was used for all audio during the ceremony, to MC during the reception, and to DJ the reception. DJ Shiva and MC Riju did our October 26th wedding and they were phenomenal! This company invited us to their office early on and met with us to make sure we were comfortable and they were so professional throughout the process. MC Riju brings a great energy to the room and our guests raved about his emcee-ing skills - several of which wanted his contact after the event for their own events. DJ Shiv is very professional and took our music requests into account during his set. Everyone had a great time. The company also brought a light up dance floor (pic below) that we highly recommend if you want a showstopper for your event. Ammnah and Ranjan were also very easy to work with when it came to administrative items prior to the function. Highly recommend if you're looking for a DJ or Emcee.

Shivish Entertainment provided DJ services, lighting and MC services for our wedding reception on Oct 13th at Milton Ridge. They hadn't (to my knowledge) worked for a wedding at this particularly comparatively small venue and despite some bumps in the road, they were able to master a great setup with high quality sound coverage throughout the room. They also did a great job of reading the room and playing music that they thought the guests on the dancefloor would like, combined with our own personal requests. I've been following them and supporting their business for over 5 years so my expectation was definitely that they would deliver a high quality experience at our wedding reception but they went above and beyond! They even added on extra uplighting to really give the room the right ambiance. MC Riju really drove the energy at the event with his roaring voice and killer dance moves. He carefully followed the highly-detailed script that I just provided on the night before, haha. They're the best of the best and I look forward to working with them again!

We hired them for our two day Indian wedding in Leesburg, VA, including DJ’ing, MC’ing, lighting, and a dholi for both days. We had three meetings with them before the wedding where we talked through our timeline, our specific music selections, and what genres of music we wanted for the dance floor. They were very thorough, and even though a few songs we discussed didn’t get played, they covered pretty much everything we asked for. The booking process was also very straightforward and flexible. They were really responsive and made suggestions based on their experience but were clearly not trying to upsell us when doing so. They also have a ton of experience with White’s Ferry Manor, the venue where we had our ceremony and reception. What really went above and beyond was the presence and energy this crew brought to our wedding, especially DJ Shiv! Shiv was on the phone with us at 2am the night before our wedding after our decorator cancelled on us. He and DJ Sameer helped us find another decorator in the middle of the night, just hours before decoration set up was supposed to begin. Plain and simple ShiVish Entertainment was amazing at our two-day wedding. Seriously, they knocked it out of the park... Day One – it was our religious ceremony so it was more of a Desi/Pakistani event and it was an absolute blast. DJ Vish lit up the dancefloor with his killer playlist and live mixing. He had us dancing to Bollywood and Punjabi music all night and mixed in some top-40 as well. He knew exactly what would get everyone, from kiddos to aunties and uncles going crazy on the dance floor. Day Two – a modern American wedding vibe with an Afghan flare. DJ Shiv came in just as good as his brother the previous day. He seamlessly started out the night playing some of my family's favorite Afghan songs and then switched gears to Top-40 hits, hip-hop, and house bangers. He rocked it. I need to give a huge shoutout to the heart and soul of the party – Rohit, the incredible emcee. This guy knows how to throw a party! His infectious energy, his ability to connect with the crowd – it was like having a close friend leading the festivities. Trust me, if you want your party to reach legendary status, you've got to have Rohit leading the charge. Bottom line is if you're dreaming of a wedding in which the DJ can come in and play to the vibe of your family and friends, then ShiVish Entertainment is who you want to go with. We were so impressed with the work of Vish at our wedding and reception. They truly helped make the reception a night to remember. ShiVish Ent was a great team to work with for our wedding events! They were responsive and professional throughout the process. We were particular in looking for a DJ that could play a decent mix of Telugu/South Indian songs as well as the usual Bollywood and western songs, and DJ Vish delivered. It rained during the groom's baraat, but the team did their best to accommodate. The MC was really great. The add-ons we had like sparklers, fog machine, and up-lights tied the whole event together.

From throwback jams to current artists- great mix and clean! My family is already looking forward to scheduling another event just so we can have them as DJ and Rohit as MC. We had ShiVish DJ our wedding and reception last month and were blown away with their mixes and energy. Shivish Entertainment provided DJ services, lighting and MC services for our wedding reception on Oct 13th at Milton Ridge. They hadn't (to my knowledge) worked for a wedding at this particularly comparatively small venue and despite some bumps in the road, they were able to master a great setup with high quality sound coverage throughout the room. They also did a great job of reading the room and playing music that they thought the guests on the dancefloor would like, combined with our own personal requests. I've been following them and supporting their business for over 5 years so my expectation was definitely that they would deliver a high quality experience at our wedding reception but they went above and beyond! They even added on extra uplighting to really give the room the right ambiance. MC Riju really drove the energy at the event with his roaring voice and killer dance moves. I contacted DJ JT about a year and a half ago to play at my son’s wedding. From the start he was gracious and patient. All throughout, he patiently answered my multiple questions and reassured me that it will be a lovely event. FYI--We were not going to have dancing at our wedding but I still wanted a DJ for the wedding ceremony and reception and wanted JT to make the evening fun and entertaining. Which he did beautifully. He came up with ideas of music to be played during the “pheras”. That definitely added a lovely touch to the ceremony. We heard lot of good things about that for sure. He had made sure to discuss the music with me (since I was planning the wedding for the most part) and gave me suggestions, too, but also took time to go over it with my son and DIL to get their input. I appreciated that. Of course, he made the reception evening also fun by getting the crowd excited during the entry, speeches, etc. To top it off, he obliged me by playing the slideshow during reception (I had needed someone at the last minute).
