We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

I started my 5.5 year old in Best Brains last summer. I am very happy with their curriculum. It is challenging and keeps my boy ahead. More than that, Ms Wendy is very passionate about the kids and will work with parents to meet their child's needs. She is available via phone or text and is extremely prompt. Best brains is a must for pre-k, K and any children want to master in Maths and Language, GK and abacus. Specially This center is one of the best learning places you can get for your kids. My kids has been going here for the past two years and I have seen a great progress in those. My pre-K kid is already started reading small sentences as well as two digit addition’s The teachers are very patient and helpful with the kids. Good tutoring services

Vnaya brings up some good tutor for demo session but once you sign up they bring up someone having low tutoring skill which even struggle in communication or do not having tutoring skill. There tutor turn around rate is very high one day.

Highly do no recommend! When getting a demo lesson my self i was assigned with the head tutor who was somewhat qualified to teach so when i payed i got a completely different tutor who did not have the capabilities to teach me.

Very helpful for kids education

My Son went here for Math tution for few months. I do not have any complaint on the knowledge of the tutors, but they are very inconsistent and every alternate class, canceled stating internet or any other issues. It is just waste of everyone's time in the home as you don't make any other plan. Worst part is they don't inform about it in advance also. Again, I have to cancel it not because of the tutors knoweldge, but bcause, tutors got changed, and they are not regular.

I started using VEC during COVID with my Girl Scout Troop. We did various art projects/techniques. The teachers were knowledgeable and patient. Not an easy task to teach a group of girls with various degrees of artistic abilities virtually but they did it. Each girl was helped as needed and felt successful with their projects. My granddaughters (10 and 5 years old) and I continue to use VEC for art classes. We pick projects we would like to try and VEC gets us the right teacher that can teach us the proper technique. The best thing is the flexibility. The classes are scheduled around our very busy schedules. Our projects have included: sketching, water color painting, acrylic painting, oil pastels, pour painting, mandela, dot mandela, embroidery, bottle painting, and so many others. I highly recommend VEC for people that would like to learn/improve skills that want great teachers and need flexibility in scheduling. VEC excels in matching the needs of the student with the teacher that can help the student succeed.

I would like to say a big thank you to Ms Wendy as she is amazing and teaches so well. My son has been attending from long time and he has improved a lot for math and English. Abacus class is also done very well. Overall it has been good and we are happy for it. Hope they start in person classes soon.
