Jaanwar Fitness is a training company that started out because I realized the need for health and fitness within our community. There is a huge gap in our understanding of the benefits of proper exercise in relation to our health. Jaanwar Fitness aims to provide the community with education and training on how to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
