Josefina Event prides itself on providing extraordinary event experiences through unique concierge service for your special day. You are absolutely correct that I was not able to be your Month Of Coordinator for your September 30th 2017 wedding, due to the fact that I got engaged a month later and had to plan our wedding around family needs which fell 2 weeks before your wedding day. I did however notify you within 48 hours after choosing our date and I felt that it was in your and your grooms' best interest to offer one of my other coordinators that could devote their full attention to your special day. Since my other coordinators were not satisfactory to your needs, I decided the only moral option would be to give you a full refund along with Ten months notice so you could find someone that would be able to meet your expectations. I'm glad that I was at least able to provide you wonderful vendor referrals in which you utilized for your wedding day. It is unfortunate to learn about your disappointment 18 months later and I sincerely apologize for your displeasure with my company. I'm glad your day was wonderful as it should be and hope that your marriage is just as wonderful.
